Home Food Preservation

Whether you are new to home food preservation, or you just need a refresher on something you’ve been doing for years, this food preservation workshop can help you preserve food safely and efficiently. This workshop will focus on boiling water, steam canning, and pressure canning processes through the making of jam, pickled veggies, and green beans. You will leave the workshop with finished food products to enjoy. This is a hands-on workshop, so you’ll be able to practice what you learn!
