STLCC Fall Class: Indian Appetizers for Entertaining

Serve a few or serve a crowd! Appetizers can be a fun starter for a party or a full meal for your family. Recipe selections will include spicy shrimp cutlets with mint sauce, vegetable Galouti kebab (made with taro root and rajma) with yogurt sauce, chicken kebab and vegetable momo (steamed dumpling) with sesame and tomato chutney.
