STLCC Fall Class: Moroccan Tagine

Explore the culinary pleasures of Morocco with authentic recipes straight from the Moroccan kitchen. The menu for this hands-on class includes meat and vegetable tagines, hot and cold salads, as well as traditional mint tea and fresh bread. Learn how Moroccan chefs use spices and herbs, an essential component to this style. Please bring a container.
