SUBMIT AN EVENT

This form is for users who are not current Community Partners with TDLC and would like to reserve our facility.  Please read all of our requirements carefully before submitting your request.  Requests will be granted if they meet our requirements and if we have available space.

TDLC will agree to the following for groups reserving the building:

  • Provide a copy of all rules and agreements as requested by the organization
  • Charge only $20 per hour for use of a room or rooms, as available (exceptions are made for small community groups or civic organizations such as book clubs, ward meetings, etc)
  • Provide access to our Wifi network, accessible throughout the building
    • Network: TDLC Public
    • Password: 3113Gasconade!
  • Provide tables and chairs for indoor use
  • Provide sustainable cleaning supplies (rags and vinegar spray)
  • Provide additional equipment requested, if available
  • Provide plates, cups, and silverware for use in the kitchen if you are providing a meal or snacks that can be washed in the dishwasher after the event
