Community Instructor Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and inclusive instructional content with a well-thought curriculum. 
  • Foster an environment that respects and values the diverse backgrounds, identities, and learning styles of our students.
  • Incorporate teaching practices and materials that promote access to education for all learners.
  • Provide a detailed description of your class and your bio / photo. 
  • Promote your class on your networks, sharing our images and video. 
  • Communicate with our staff via email, Google calendar, and Google docs.


  • Demonstrated experience as an instructor in a community-oriented setting.¬†
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and connect with learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
